This is an entry-level role, and our BDR will work closely with and report to our Director of Growth. Join a quickly growing growth agency!
THE JOB
Our BDR will set up sales opportunities with small and medium-sized software businesses for our Director of Growth, while remaining involved in the sales process, learning and training to become a field rep in the future. To be successful in this role, you’ll do the following:
- Build and maintain lists of prospective clients and potential strategic alliances using a number of research tools and methods
- Clean, build and maintain activity and data inside of our customer relationship management system (CRM), HubSpot
- Generate leads using a variety of methods including inbound lead follow up, cold calling, social outreach, networking, emailing, videos and more
- Work closely with Director of Growth to open and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Director of Growth and other departments to develop sales materials
- Engage and participate in weekly team meetings and report on your activities and success
- Build and maintain a social media presence
- Other projects to be determined
QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for someone with a high degree of internal motivation. This role involves a lot of cold outreach which requires positivity, persistence and resilience—if hearing “no” makes you want to give up, this is not the job for you.

APPRECIATED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with cold calling
- Social media following
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position begins with a one-month training period with a fixed salary. After training, compensation is paid in salary, bonuses and commissions, with no cap on the amount you can make. In addition, Accelity employees receive:
