Our Graphic Designer is an important part of the Accelity team. To be successful in this role, you’ll do the following:

  • Brainstorm and conceptualize design strategies and materials for clients
  • Correspond regularly with Marketing Strategists to understand project scope, need and deadlines
  • Manage creative process to create monthly client materials, including ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, checklists and other similar content offers
  • Select colors, images, text style, layout and overall branding style for new clients
  • Review designs before publishing; incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
  • Create social media and email marketing visuals
  • Write a quarterly blog for Accelity with a design or inbound marketing focus
  • Set and reach quarterly business and personal goals
  • Work collaboratively with the Creative Department team to brainstorm and further the initiatives we can offer clients
  • Work directly with the Creative Director to further develop personal design skills and constructively further the Accelity mission 
  • Actively engage and participate in weekly team meetings and other team activities such as volunteering, happy hours, holiday celebrations and more!


  • 2-3 years of design experience
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Interpersonal skills and patience to work with a variety of clients
  • Keen level of organization, ability to multitask and balance a variety of projects
  • Willingness to learn and be open to new experiences
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design or marketing
  • Video editing experience with Premiere Pro, iMovie or FinalCut
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and G-Suite of applications (Docs, Sheets & Google Slides)
  • Other HubSpot knowledge or CRM experience
