We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to work directly with our clients, leading and managing day-to-day work along with larger projects and campaigns. You will be in charge of client campaigns/projects from conception to launch and responsible for driving results and return on investment.

THE JOB

Our Marketing Account Manager is an important part of each client’s account team at Accelity. The Marketing Account Manager is the day-to-day point of contact and drives all campaigns and projects for a client. To be successful in this role, you’ll do the following:

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact on your accounts
  • Guide clients through our strategic and technical onboarding processes
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize sales, marketing and retention strategies and programs for clients
  • Manage campaigns and projects in ClickUp, our project management system, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Manage and review work completed by our freelance or full-time team
  • Monitor monthly and ongoing budgets for clients
  • Review client reports produced by the team and discuss results with clients monthly
  • Contribute to critical internal business initiatives and projects, from optimizing processes to researching/testing new strategies
  • Actively engage and participate in weekly team meetings and other team activities such as volunteering, happy hours, holiday celebrations and more (as COVID allows!)

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2+ years of professional account management experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field
  • Interpersonal skills and patience to work with a variety of clients
  • Exceptional level of organization, ability to multitask and balance a variety of projects
  • Willingness to learn and be open to new experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity and change

APPRECIATED, BUT NOT REQUIRED

  • Understanding of inbound digital marketing concepts
  • Inbound and/or HubSpot Marketing Certification
  • B2B SaaS experience/knowledge
